2. Return Process (3 Steps)

Order number + Photo/Video: Video requirement: Unedited panoramic shooting
Compatibility report statement: such as ODIS fault code, diagnostic report
② Obtain return permission: We will provide a return address
③ Return: Use a traceable service (such as DHL/UPS/FedEx) and indicate it on the package
3. Cost liability
① If the product you receive is defective or the shipment is incorrect, we will offer a full refund, including the shipping fee.
②If the seller has sent the goods but they do not reach the buyer during the journey or changes their mind after arriving, the freight and customs duties shall be borne by the buyer, along with a 20% replenishment fee.
③ If the goods have arrived for signature and are incompatible with the auto parts caused by the buyer, we do not accept refunds or returns.
④As automotive parts require professional installation, product damage caused by third-party installation, coding, programming or component protection is not covered by the warranty or refund and return policy.
