Tire Pressure Monitoring

Audi’s tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) will issue an alarm when the tire pressure is too low. There are two ways to issue the alarm: one is to directly issue the alarm through the sensors inside the tire, and the other is to indirectly detect the changes in wheel speed through the ABS system. When the air pressure is too low, the temperature changes or there is a system failure, the indicator light will all come on. After adjusting the tire pressure (the tire pressure information can be found on the door frame sticker), to reset the tire pressure monitor, please use the MMI infotainment system: go to “Vehicle” > “Settings and Check” > “Tire Pressure Monitor” > “Store Tire Pressure”, and then confirm.
